Management Team
Jill Beneke—President
and CEO

With over twenty years experience in the financial
services industry, Jill Beneke served as a Senior Vice
President of Deposit Guaranty National Bank before
forming PILEUM Corporation. Her responsibilities have
included organizing new business enterprises within
Deposit Guaranty, business process review and remediation
of the entire organization, strategic planning of technology
deployments, staffing for major business units, and
advising executive management on business practices
and effective leadership principals. Jill has also
advised on appropriate change management principals
and on appropriate training vehicles for providing
the highest level of customer service.
Selected as a senior executive for management after
the acquisition of Deposit Guaranty by First American
Corporation and AmSouth, Beneke held corporate strategy,
planning, and execution positions for the mergers.
Jill also held executive line management positions
in both the acquiring companies, where she managed
hundreds of employees and several billion in assets.
Jill left the financial services industry in 2001 to
form PILEUM Corporation.
Sandy Turnage—Director

A sixteen year veteran of the networking industry,
Sandy Turnage heads our talented team of network and
security engineers. Sandy is an accomplished engineer
and strategist in the area of technology selection
and deployment of proven solutions to accomplish business
objectives. He is experienced and certified in multiple
disciplines including network operating systems, network
infrastructure, and security technologies. He specializes
in network design including WAN/LAN and network security.
As a technical consultant for IKON Technology Services
prior to PILEUM, Sandy has advised hundreds of companies
on the appropriate selection and deployment of technology
based solutions.
Pam Smith —CFO/Director

Pam Smith is a CPA and an accomplished financial
services strategist. Her work as a consultant at
KPMG earned her early recognition in her career. Pam
later served as division controller for the largest
financial institution in the state of Mississippi.
Her experience includes product development, project
management, and budget and finance management. Pam
leads our practice in Financial Services Strategic
Design, Planning, and Differentiation in addition
to serving as the CFO of our company.
